About Heather

Hello my name is Heather and I have been working as a Nutritional Counselor since 2009. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred different dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.  I have also worked closely with world renowned doctors where I obtained understanding of the complexity of debilitating diseases that people are experiencing today. I help individuals who struggle with food addictions, making lifestyle changes, and  individuals that suffer from weight loss resistance.

I have worked with patients who have suffered from heavy metal poisoning and chronically debilitating diseases like diabetes, heart disease, ADHD, and more.

I enjoy cooking healthy grain free, gluten free low or no glycemic foods in my free time because a part of what helped me lose weight was changing the way I ate and that is what inspired me to come up with farmfreshpantry.com. I want  to help inspire others who want to learn how to eat healthier and those who are sick of fad dieting! My recipes are very easy to follow with very little ingredients yet each recipe is packed full of goodness so you can eat each one and not feel guilty.

I offer private cooking classes and  one on one consulting along with shopping trips to the grocery store to teach you how to read a label and shop for healthy foods.

To schedule a free phone consultation please email: farmfreshpantry@gmail.com and please feel free to check out my blog on “The Road Back to Health” http://heatherhosilyk.blogspot.com/.
